Who is Responsible for the Processing of Your Personal Data
Loop Now Technology, Inc. acts as data controller for the collection and processing of your personal data.
Types Of Information We Collect
Information you provide us. Your username, password and e-mail address when you register for an Firework account. Profile information that you provide for your user profile (e.g., first and last name, picture, phone number). This information allows us to help you or others be "found" on Firework. User Content (e.g., photos, comments, and other materials) that you post to the Service.
Communications between you and Firework. For example, we may send you Service-related emails (e.g., account verification, changes/updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices).
When you use our Services we automatically collect your IP address (not using GPS data), device information, or other unique device identifiers, Cookies (as defined below), browsing records, mobile carrier, time zone and locale setting, mobile or device model, operating system and platform as well as information regarding your use of the Services, e.g. the comments you make on our App or any other user-generated content and video content that you broadcast on our App.
Finding your friends on Firework:
If you choose, you can use our "Add member" feature to invite your friends/group members to Firework through (i) your contacts list, (ii) through a search of names and usernames on Firework.
If you choose to find your friends through (i) your device's contacts list, then Firework will access your contacts list to determine whether or not someone associated with your contact is using Firework.
If you choose to find your friends (ii) through a search of names or usernames on Firework then simply type a name to search and we will perform a search on our Service.
We use third-party analytics tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. These tools collect information sent by your device or our Service, including the web pages you visit, add-ons, and other information that assists us in improving the Service. We collect and use this analytics information with analytics information from other Users so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify any particular individual User.
We use third party analytics tool Google Analytics provided by Google, Inc (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). We also further use "Facebook Pixel" of Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA ("Facebook").

More Cookie And Log File Information
Log file information is automatically reported by your browser each time you make a request to access (i.e., visit) a web page or app. It can also be provided when the content of the webpage or app is downloaded to your browser or device.
When you use our Service, our servers automatically record certain log file information, including your web request, Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, referring / exit pages and URLs, number of clicks and how you interact with links on the Service, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other such information. Metadata is usually technical data that is associated with User Content. For example, Metadata can describe how, when and by whom a piece of User Content was collected and how that content is formatted.
Users can add or may have Metadata added to their User Content including a hashtag (e.g., to mark keywords when you send a photo), geotag (e.g., to mark your location to a photo), or other data. This makes your User Content more searchable by others and more interactive.
PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING AND HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Our legal basis for processing your personal data for the purposes described above includes processing that is: necessary for the performance of our contract with you; necessary for our legitimate for our interests; and necessary to comply with our legal obligations. In some cases (and always for the purposes of sharing information with third-party advertising partners), we may contact you with advertising or marketing but where we do so we rely on your consent, which may subsequently be withdrawn at any time by contacting us at the details listed below.
SHARING OF YOUR INFORMATION
We will not rent or sell your information to third parties outside Firework without your consent, except as noted in this Policy.
Whom we may share your information with
We may share User Content and your information (including but not limited to, information from cookies, log files, device identifiers, location data, and usage data) with other entities. Firework may use this information to help provide, understand, and improve the Service. We also may share your information as well as information from tools like cookies, log files, and device identifiers and location data, with third-party organizations like online advertising platforms, analytics services, and cloud hosting providers that help us provide the Service to you ("Service Providers"). Our Service Providers will be given access to your information as is reasonably necessary to provide the Service under reasonable confidentiality terms.
Only with your explicit consent, we may also share certain information such as cookie data with third-party advertising partners. This information would allow third-party ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you.
What happens in the event of a change of control:

Update your account at any time by logging in and changing your profile settings.
Unsubscribe from email communications from us by clicking on the "unsubscribe link" provided in such communications. As noted above, you may not opt out of Service-related communications (e.g., account verification, purchase and billing confirmations and reminders, changes/updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices). How long we keep your User Content
Following termination or deactivation of your account, Firework or its Service Providers may retain information (including your profile information) and User Content for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, and/or audit purposes.
For Users in the European Union: data retention period. How long do we process your personal data?
Your personal data are processed for as long as necessary for the processing purposes mentioned above. Loop Now Technology, Inc. will de-identify your personal data when these are no longer necessary for the said purposes, unless:
a legitimate interest of Loop Now Technology, Inc. or a third party to archive your personal data in an identifiable form prevails over your interest to de-identify;
a legal measure, mandatory public authority measure or court order prevents such de-identification.
For Users in the European Union: What rights do you have related to the processing of your personal data?
You have the right to:
request access to all personal data we process about you;
request that we correct any personal data we process about you that are inaccurate, incomplete or outdated.
object to the processing of your personal data if you have serious and legitimate reasons relating to your specific circumstances that justify such an objection.
request that we delete all personal data we process about you if those data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
withdraw your prior consent for your personal data to be processed. In this respect, you need to be aware of the fact that this request will be assessed and weighed against: our overriding interests; any legal or judicial decisions that oppose the erasure.
request that the processing of your personal data be restricted. This is possible when:
